Tammara Return Policy

Return Policy

- Provide photos or videos of the damaged item to prove damage or incorrect size. If the photo cannot prove the damage, upload a video.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- All returns are automatically converted to store credit (this allows you to easily repurchase an alternative item or the same item in a different size).
- Sale items cannot be returned unless they are defective.
- We do not offer refunds for sale items, change of mind, or incorrect size.
- Customers who receive the wrong item or products with manufacturing defects will receive a refund. (Note: The Tammara warehouse performs strict quality checks on each item before shipping and upon receipt of the return).
- Be careful when trying on products. Items that are manually damaged or do not meet our return policy will be rejected and sent back to the customer.
- Tammara is not responsible for return shipping costs.
- We do not offer store credit or refunds on the original shipping costs.

Conditions for Returns

- In original condition, unworn and unwashed (free of stains from makeup or deodorant).
- With all tags attached and in the original packaging.

Receiving a Defective Item

- If you received a defective item, email our customer support team within 5 days of receiving the package via our contact form. Wait for instructions before sending your return. (For incorrect products, Tammara offers full store credit or a replacement).
- For products with the wrong color or size that do not affect the functionality, Tammara offers a refund or reshipment if you provide a photo or video as proof.
- For size issues, Tammara highly appreciates it if you measure the product correctly and send us the photo of the measurement. Our dispute team will quickly handle your disputes.
- You will not be reimbursed for return costs if our support team has not sent you instructions via email beforehand.
- Ensure you use a traceable shipping method for returning your items, as Tammara is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.

Order Not Received but Status Shows 'Delivered'

- We will not process a refund or reshipment if the tracking information shows the order as delivered.
- If you did not receive the package, a non-delivery certificate from the local post office with an official stamp is necessary.
- The local distributor will attempt delivery 1-3 times based on the actual situation. If it is still not picked up during the delivery period, it will be returned to the local post office for storage for 3-7 days. Meanwhile, you need to pick up the package yourself. Otherwise, the product will be returned to the sender, our logistics company. During the return shipment, Tammara is not responsible if products are lost.

Product Damaged

- Tammara offers a full refund or replacement if packages arrive severely damaged.
- Tammara offers a partial refund or replacement if packages arrive partially damaged (**except for threads, slight wrinkles, small scratches, etc.**).

We Do Not Accept Returns When:

- You simply don't like the item.
- Products have an unusual smell.
- You ordered the wrong items yourself.
- The shipping address was provided incorrectly.
- Sale items cannot be returned (except for full-priced items purchased with a discount code).

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Regardless of the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for valid reasons. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
