Items are shipped from our warehouse after a processing time of 1-2 business days. Please note that our warehouse is closed during holidays and weekends. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. Delivery time is usually 4-9 working days, but this may vary depending on the current demand.
We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your order. To start the returns process, we ask you to provide us with the following information:
- Your order number (starts with #TM)
- The product you want to return
- The reason for the return
- Any photos of the product as proof
This information helps us to process your return request faster and more efficiently. Once we receive this information, we will inform you of the return options available.
Complete the contact form with your order number and the new address you want the order to be sent to. Please ensure you do this as soon as possible as once your order has been processed, shipping details cannot be changed.
